EFTPOS Terminals

How to change print receipt settings

Oligo ensures secure payments through integration with top global acquirers. Our PCI-compliant terminals and PIN cryptography safeguard sensitive data, ensuring it remains protected.

Every transaction is conducted in a fully encrypted and secure environment, from sale to processing and beyond.  We are committed to prioritising the safety of your business and customers.

Find the Phone Sale icon on main screen.

If you dont see this icon, it could mean that MOTO is not enabled.

If the transaction has NOT been settled (same batch)
You should be able to Void the transaction:
  1. Open the Transactions app (or Payments, depending on your Clover configuration).
  2. Locate the transaction you want to cancel.
  3. Tap the transaction.
  4. Select Void.
  5. Confirm the void.
  6. The terminal will communicate with Fiserv and print a void receipt.
A void:
  • Cancels the authorisation.
  • Prevents the transaction from being settled.
  • Means the customer is not charged (or any pending authorisation is released by their bank).

If the transaction HAS already been settled
Once settlement has occurred, a void is no longer possible.
Instead, you must perform a Refund:
  1. Open Transactions.
  2. Find the original transaction.
  3. Tap Refund.
  4. Enter the full or partial refund amount (if supported).
  5. Confirm the refund.
If you don’t see a “Void” button
This usually means one of the following:
  • The transaction has already been settled.
  • The allowed void window has expired (many Clover implementations only allow a void shortly after the transaction, often around 25 minutes, after which a refund is performed instead).
  • Your Clover user role does not have permission to void transactions.
  • Your merchant configuration has disabled terminal-based voids.
